To help set clear expectations, here's what you should know about how we approach community support and sponsorships.
What We Prioritize
We focus our support on organizations and initiatives that:
- Make genuine community impact, particularly in health, education, youth development or environmental sustainability
- Operate with transparency and clear mission alignment
- Are based in or benefit the Sunshine Coast, Melbourne or broader Australian community
- Share our values of integrity, inclusion and opportunity
- Demonstrate responsible stewardship of support received
Our Approach to Support
While we're passionate about giving back, we want to be transparent about how we contribute:
- Time and expertise are our primary contributions. We happily volunteer time, participate in events and offer digital marketing services.
- Financial sponsorships are considered for sports clubs, events and programs where we can make meaningful impact.
- Pro bono services including website development, digital marketing and business coaching for select partners.
- Promotional support through our platforms, networks and marketing channels.
Please note: We don't typically provide cash donations on request. Instead, we prefer to contribute our time, skills and services where they can make the most difference. However, we're always open to discussing creative ways to support worthy causes.
Selection Process
We review requests personally and consider:
- Mission alignment with our values
- Community benefit and impact potential
- How our specific skills and resources can help
- Geographic relevance (priority for local Sunshine Coast and Australian organizations)
- Current capacity and existing commitments
We respond to all requests within two weeks, even if we're unable to provide support at that time. Sometimes timing matters, and we may be able to help with future initiatives even if current requests don't align.
